James White and Walter White found guilty on an indictment for breaking into the dwelling house of Thomas Winson in the parish of Cranleigh on 23rd December 1757; and stealing therefrom a spring purse (valued at 6d), 4 gold rings (valued at 40/-), a metal ring (valued at 1/-), a Portuguese gold coin (value 36/-), 2 gold half guineas and £4.18/- in money numbered.  They were ordered to be executed on Friday 14 April.
